- ★ 750 LB CAPACITY ★ – When set at equal heights on your power or squat rack, these J Hooks can hold 1000 lbs combined. Add some plates to your bar and get squatting, get pressing, and get those gains!
- ★ 3.4” SHELF ★ – The arm of the J-Cups extends 3.4 inches out to hold your barbell securely. The end of the arm is expertly bent with precision to hold the bar in place. A thick layer of plastic bolted onto the upright and horizontal parts of the hook to reduce metal-on-metal contact between your J-Cups and barbell.
